Afternoon Apathy: Inspirational run

I went for a run just now for the first time in years, hoping that some time alone would allow me to come up with ideas for interesting blog posts. Five minutes in, I had one thought in particular that stuck in my mind and demanded to be addressed: "Oh God everything hurts why am I doing this to myself??"

I'm pretty out of shape. I think from now on I'll come up with ideas by eating chocolate and watching tv shows on the internet.
